I picked up this object d' Art on e-bay recently; it seems it has a significant amount of spiritual dark energy associated with it. Created several hundred years before the rise of the Roman Empire, it was said that the serpents encrusting the top of this ceremonial helmet could regenerate when needed, supposedly protecting the wearer on his/her trip into the afterlife. This is, of course, a reproduction of the legendary headware, because real serpents wouldn't still be in such....good.....condi..tion....moist........you know, ..........because ..............
OK, I made the whole thing up, more gooey skull fun using these raw materials [link] and my trusty camera
Hahaha you rock. It's incredibly convincing though! It looks like real stone... besides the dental pointies on the snakes. I seriously thought it was stone. But man!! Only you would think up using meat bags for that. lol. It's incredible.

Looks heavy, are you sure it wasn't a punishment for criminals to wear this helmet and walk through the desert until the serpents devoured their brains. Except it didn't really devour their brains, the wearer would just go mad from the heat and the weight of the helmet and die believing they were being devoured.

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
